Local Bedouins tell legends of the “Singing Sands”—a low, vibrating sound emitted by the dunes, which in the past was believed to be the voice of the jinn (desert spirits). Other legends whisper of Ubar—the “Atlantis of the Sands,” an ancient city swallowed by the desert, much like the secrets of the free “Fremmen.”
Your expedition begins with a 4×4 transfer deep into the dunes, far beyond the reach of civilization. You’ll witness the sunset and enjoy a barbecue dinner by the campfire, enveloped in the absolute silence of the desert. You’ll spend the night in tents under the stars, where the sky is so clear that you’ll feel as if you’re in another galaxy. This is where the Milky Way Spot is located—the clearest sky in this part of the world, where the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye.

As you enjoy the food and the absolute silence, look up. The sky above Liwa is so clear that the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye. Your personal driver and guide will pick you up in a private 4×4 vehicle directly from your hotel in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The departure time will be confirmed separately based on your location to ensure the smoothest possible journey to your adventure.
We leave the bustling city behind and set off on a picturesque journey to the heart of the desert. With every passing kilometer, civilization fades away, and the massive dunes of Liva—the gateway to the world of Arrakis—unfold before you.
We’ll 
head off-road into the deep desert for an exciting drive through the dunes. We’ll stop at the top of one of the highest dunes just as the sun sets—the perfect moment for photos, when the sand changes colors from gold to deep red.
With the help of your guide, we’ll set up a private tent camp in a secluded spot of your choice. Here, far from everything, you’ll feel like true Fremen, surrounded only by sand and silence.
While the fire crackles, we’ll prepare a traditional barbecue featuring high-quality meat, chicken, and vegetarian options.
